Our client has established an outstanding reputation in its niche markets in the upper Midwest, and has succeeded in retaining customers due to their excellent knowledge, market research, ethical approach, and customer service.  A pending retirement has prompted a need for a Vice President Director of Sales  The VP Director of Sales reports to the Company President.  The company sells insurance and risk management products.


Qualified candidates will have success in leading and supervising a field sales team and selling to institutional, or government accounts inclding cities, towns counties, and municipalities.  Experience is required in shaping sales strategy, preparing, teaching, and conducting value proposition presentations, and hiring and training field sales managers.


The selected candidate can work remotely making periodic visits to the company offices in central Illinois. Ideal residence locations would be in Indiana or Illinois.
